ING has long sought to redefine what it means to be a bank. It wanted an original and distinctive 360° campaign for its online home loans service.
They wanted to highlight their superior client experience, and asked ID+P for a concept to suit print, digital and audio-visual media.
The poster campaign put the consumer at its heart. Creating a slogan consisting of a series of hashtags communicated modernity and interactivity.
A surprise for readers
This eye-catching insert used the style of a photo comic-book. Appearing in several specialist magazines, it couldn’t fail to spark readers’ curiosity. The playful written style made for clear, memorable messaging.
This humorous, everyday scene (of a young man wishing to fly the family nest) positions the brand as a true partner. ING reminds us that it is a local player with nearby advisors who are keen to help.
