MISSIONS:

> Manage a portfolio of clients and oversee all aspects of their communication projects.

> Act as the project’s conductor, coordinating communication between the client, internal teams, and suppliers.

> Take client briefings and relay them internally to organize production, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

> Develop recommendations in collaboration with the strategy and creative teams.

> Monitor timelines and budgets throughout projects.

> Liaise with suppliers, prepare quotes, and issue invoices.

> Conduct active market monitoring to stay proactive.

PROFILE:

> Degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.

> Over 5 years of experience in a similar role within a communication agency or related industry.

> Team spirit is part of your DNA.

SKILLS:

> Strong interpersonal skills and a positive mindset.

> Solid digital culture with expertise in building websites and running campaigns across all digital platforms.

> Proficient in MS Office, Internet tools, etc., and familiar with the technical terms used by our designers and developers.

> Fluent in French and English (Luxembourgish and German are additional assets).
