A world tour for a unique collection
The BMW Art Cars World Tour, a major international travelling exhibition, brings together vehicles that have become true works of art in their own right. Presented across five continents, this collection retraces half a century of contemporary creation—ranging from Minimalism and Pop Art to Magic Realism, Conceptual Art, Abstraction, and the earliest forms of Digital Art.

Knokke: a key milestone for the BMW Art Cars World Tour
Following stops in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Dubai, and Stockholm, the tour made its mark in Knokke. For this European leg, several iconic models painted and signed by world-renowned artists were on display, including Alexander Calder, César Manrique, David Hockney, Robert Rauschenberg, and Frank Stella.

High-precision production for an exceptional event
Commissioned by BMW Belux to handle the curation, creative direction, and production of the event, the ID+P agency coordinated the entire assembly and dismantling of the exhibition space. This was a task of utmost precision, made all the more demanding as each vehicle is both a heritage object and a unique masterpiece, requiring flawless handling conditions.

Organised over 4 days following several months of preparation, the exhibition was a resounding success. It drew nearly 10,000 visitors, all eager to admire these rare pieces that brilliantly fuse automotive design with contemporary art.
