TWO PATHS, ONE SHARED VISION
The agency was born in 2010 from the meeting of Dan Dechmann and Alain Ierace, two emblematic figures of communication in Luxembourg. On one side, Dan Dechmann, an alumnus in graphic arts from the Institut Saint-Luc in Brussels, forged his expertise as Creative Director at Intercommunication and then as Marketing Director within the Sales-Lentz Group. After this rich career path blending creative vision and corporate strategy, he chose the path of independent entrepreneurship by creating Dechmann Communication before co-founding ID+P. On the other side, Alain Ierace, an entrepreneur at heart, has been a driving force in the advertising landscape for over 30 years. As early as 1989, he founded his first agency, Avanti, before creating Advantage Communication. Independent in spirit and passionate about professional excellence, he constantly sought to explore new avenues before sealing his partnership with Dan Dechmann in 2010.
