To support TRACOL’s growth, ID+P developed a branding strategy centered on transparency and light. The challenge was to visually capture the company’s energy and its open approach toward clients and partners. By moving away from traditional Luxembourg real estate codes, our designers created a sleek, contemporary logo.

Brand Book and Visual Consistency
From stationery and company vehicles to the website and construction site signage, every touchpoint now faithfully reflects the brand’s philosophy. To ensure this image stands the test of time, a rigorous brand book was developed as a master guide for all internal and external stakeholders. This rollout also included the creation of a premium brochure and a custom-designed event stand.





A Simplified, Intuitive User Experience
Naturally, this brand evolution led to a deep overhaul of TRACOL’s digital ecosystem. The new website was entirely redesigned to prioritize the human element and accessibility. More user-friendly and intuitive, it simplifies the property search process for clients and prospects across Luxembourg.
