As a Digital Marketing Expert, you will play a central role in managing and optimising our clients’ digital strategies.
You will be involved across the entire marketing funnel, from strategy through to execution, with a strong focus on performance and measurable results.
You turn digital investments into drivers of sustainable growth by combining strategic vision, technological expertise, and operational excellence.
Your expertise spans the full digital ecosystem: creative, paid media (SEA, social, display, programmatic), SEO, tracking, web analytics, and data visualisation.
Through a data-driven approach, you help our clients attract, engage, and convert their audiences across all digital touchpoints.

Missions et responsabilités

Business Development

  • Contribute to tenders and sales pitches with strategic input: creation of tailored proposals including budgets, forecasts, and recommendations
  • Collaborate with management to align proposals with client needs and agency capabilities
  • Identify upselling opportunities during account reviews, contributing to agency revenue growth

Strategy & Consulting

  • Define bespoke digital strategies based on client objectives
  • Conduct audits (channels, performance, user journeys)
  • Design high-performing full-funnel media plans
  • Support clients in their digital transformation

Activation & Campaign Management

  • Manage and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, display, and programmatic channels
  • Oversee budgets and maximise ROI/ROAS
  • Implement multi-channel acquisition strategies

SEO & Organic Performance

  • Contribute to technical and content SEO audits
  • Support the development of content strategies
  • Optimise organic visibility and qualified traffic

Tracking & Data Analytics

  • Implement and maintain tracking systems (GA4, GTM, server-side)
  • Analyse data to identify optimisation opportunities
  • Build actionable dashboards and reports

Conversion & Optimisation

  • Lead A/B testing initiatives
  • Optimise landing pages and user journeys
  • Improve conversion rates and traffic quality

Votre profil

  • Proven experience in digital marketing / performance marketing, ideally within an agency
  • Strong command of platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics tools, etc.
  • Solid analytical skills with a results-driven mindset
  • Good understanding of customer journeys and marketing funnels
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Team player with autonomy and a proactive attitude
