ID+MOTION DESIGNER (m/f)

FULL-TIME, PERMANENT CONTRACT

MISSIONS:

> Create moodboards and style frames based on client briefs.

> Design and produce audiovisual concepts according to storyboards.

> Animate illustrations and interfaces under the agency’s artistic direction.

> Produce audiovisual edits.

PROFILE:

> Bachelor’s degree (minimum Bac +3/4) with a specialization in motion design.

> At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role, either in a studio or a communication agency.

> Excellent command of video editing software.

> Creative, detail-oriented, and fully aware of what “meeting deadlines” means.

> Positive attitude and a strong team player.

> Stay informed of industry trends and anticipate future developments.

SKILLS:

>Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, XD, Animate, and/or After Effects).

MISSIONS:

> Manage a portfolio of clients and oversee all aspects of their communication projects.

> Act as the project’s conductor, coordinating communication between the client, internal teams, and suppliers.

> Take client briefings and relay them internally to organize production, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

> Develop recommendations in collaboration with the strategy and creative teams.

> Monitor timelines and budgets throughout projects.

> Liaise with suppliers, prepare quotes, and issue invoices.

> Conduct active market monitoring to stay proactive.

PROFILE:

> Degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.

> Over 5 years of experience in a similar role within a communication agency or related industry.

> Team spirit is part of your DNA.

SKILLS:

> Strong interpersonal skills and a positive mindset.

> Solid digital culture with expertise in building websites and running campaigns across all digital platforms.

> Proficient in MS Office, Internet tools, etc., and familiar with the technical terms used by our designers and developers.

> Fluent in French and English (Luxembourgish and German are additional assets).
